Important Information about
Fair Booths Not-for-profit
educational organizations wishing booth space will not be charged, provided
space is available. Space will be set-up in a combined
informational area. Educational booths may display literature, posters, and
other graphics, but may not sell items to benefit their organization.
Organizations wishing to sell items - even if the proceeds will benefit a
not-for-profit group of agency- will be required to rent a concession booth. Vendors Vendors wishing
to display and sell goods at the 2007 Electrical and
other display or vending needs must be provided by the vendor. Booth set-up will
begin Friday afternoon, August 25, 2006, afternoon and must be in place by
10:00 am Saturday August 25, 2007. Food Vendors Food
vendors will be required to leave an addtional $20
cleaning deposit at the time of reserving the booth. The deposit will be
returned after the fair if booth space is cleaned. All food vendors
must have the proper vendors permit displayed at all times during the fair.
Food Vendors Permits may be obtained through the Environment Department located
off of If you do not
have the proper Food Vendors Permit, you will be asked to leave the fairgrounds
and you will not receive a booth rental refund! The TCFBA
reserves the right to refuse an application for any booth. Booths must be
reserved by August 17, 2007.
